Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern use of Biberon Baby Tracker ("Biberon", "we", "us"), including the iOS, Android, and web app.

Biberon is a baby-care tracking tool. It is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice.

1. Acceptance

By using Biberon, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

2. Who May Use Biberon

Biberon is intended for adult parents and caregivers. You are responsible for ensuring that information you enter is accurate and that you are authorized to share it with other caregivers.

3. Baby-Care Information Is Not Medical Advice

Biberon can show logs, totals, reminders, weight charts, temperature entries, and reference ranges. These are informational tools only. They do not replace professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always contact a qualified healthcare professional for medical questions or urgent concerns.

4. Your Data And Family Codes

You are responsible for the information you add to Biberon. If you share a family code or QR code, anyone with access to it may be able to join the shared baby log. Share family codes only with trusted caregivers.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• use Biberon for unlawful, harmful, or abusive purposes;
• attempt to access another family’s data without permission;
• interfere with or disrupt the service;
• reverse engineer, scrape, or overload the service except where permitted by law.

6. Availability

Biberon is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We work to keep the app reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free sync, or permanent storage. Keep your own records when data is critical.

7. Free Beta

Biberon is currently offered for free. Features may change as the product evolves. If paid features are added in the future, their terms will be presented separately before purchase.

8. Intellectual Property

Biberon, its design, text, logos, and software are protected by intellectual-property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from the app except as allowed by law or with our written consent. Your baby-care entries remain yours.

9. Limitation Of Liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, Biberon and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, arising from use of the app.

10. Changes

We may update these terms as the service changes. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date.

Ces conditions encadrent l’utilisation de Biberon Baby Tracker sur iOS, Android et web. Biberon est un outil de suivi du quotidien bébé, pas un dispositif médical.

En utilisant Biberon, vous acceptez ces conditions. Si vous n’êtes pas d’accord, n’utilisez pas l’app.

2. Usage par des adultes

Biberon est destiné aux parents et adultes aidants. Vous êtes responsable des informations saisies et du partage éventuel avec d’autres aidants.

3. Pas de conseil médical

Les journaux, totaux, rappels, courbes et repères affichés sont informatifs. Ils ne remplacent pas l’avis, le diagnostic ou le traitement d’un professionnel de santé. Contactez un médecin ou pédiatre en cas de question ou d’urgence.

4. Code famille

Si vous partagez un code famille ou QR code, la personne qui y accède peut rejoindre le journal partagé. Ne le partagez qu’avec des personnes de confiance.

5. Disponibilité

Biberon est fourni "tel quel". Nous faisons le nécessaire pour garder le service fiable, mais ne garantissons pas une disponibilité permanente ni une synchronisation sans erreur.
